I know you get it as a blitz league prize after you get all of wakkas overdrives, iv only got wakkas attack reels as I've heard you need to complete a certain no. Of battles/blitz matches i dont know which I dont know how many, please dont send me a link to a faq they dont have he exact information i want, I need to know whether or not its matches or battle, how many to get the status reels. Welcome back to the Minecraft modded Hypermine FTB Infinity Evolved SMP server where today I activate a division sigil and craft a builder's wand to help with some of the medieval castle design.Also, what materials do you know about in modded that provide a dark feel but also plenty of detail? I used a reinforced obsidian trap to auto-kill the wither - twice - no sigil. Not sure if you have to kill the wither yourself to get it. I also tried to get one opening rare loot bags - must have opened 100's manually without getting one. I then went into creative mode and set this up:As you can see from the screen shots, I automated the opening of loot bags. In creative, when you select a stack, you end up with 111 loot bags.
Each chest has 111 loot bags of each type. I used the AA to open each bag. The results are in the following 5 screen shots.As you can see, each chest contains one division sigil.

Prompted by these results, I set up an automated loot bag opening system in my own survival world. I let it run for a few minutes and was rewarded with a sigil. It continues to run, and so far I have only 3 additional sigils.
How To Make A Division Sigil Activation
So, the drop rate isn't very high, but automating it makes it a lot less painful. I also have a return system set up to take anything from my mob chest that can be recycled and drop it in the loot bag recycler, giving me more loot bags.HTH - and good luck.
