Im hoping the Shifting on my smt 'wears in' soon. Under full throttle high rpm shifts from 4th to 5th without the clutch, it shifts into 5th gear, i get back on the throttle and zing!
It pops out of gear. I then fumble with the clutch and put it back in gear. This has happened 3 times.
I will assess this further when i go to a weekend trackday event next month. Yes I have lowered the lever and do make positive shifts.The other problem occurs is under the same speed shifting at high rpm condition where, after speed shifting from 3rd to 4th, or 4th to 5th, the shift mechanism doesn't reset for the next upshift.
