For 144hz displays Fullscreen can improve your performance. Deactivating Chrom. This had zero effect on my game. The Only real results I've achieved is messing with CPU affinity and Priority. I use Process lasso. I use a 5820k which i sa 6 core 12 thread cpu.

I noticed Tarkov only uses 6 threads at the most, so I tell Tarkov to ignore the hyperthreaded cores and only use physical cores. Then I set the Process priority, memory priority and IO priority to High. I notice maybe 10+ extra max fps, but I still get constant FPS dips for no reason, and lose Half my fps when ADS'ing.
