I've reached the point in my first fairly successful run-through (on rather low difficulty, with some reloading when RNG resulted in TPK events) where there's basically nothing to do other than figure out how to get the massive quantities of plasteel required for starship construction.after combing through wikis, forums and the like, it seems the reliable method is to trade for it: make higher value trade goods from stuff you can get easily (art is generally the best right now, though devilsthread clothing might be worth it). It's the one option that's pretty much always open to you, though you're restricted to how often somebody comes through with plasteel to trade.

(there's a mod that increases the frequency of trade ships to something other than 'basically never')RNG-dependant methods:as mentioned, if you happen to find some of it, mining it is possible, but good luck finding some.with the right tech, mechanoid corpses can be disassembled to get somewith the right tech plasteel weapons can be melted down to get someif you open up ruins, you might find cryptosleep caskets, which can be disassembled to get someif, by some magic of RNG, you start on a map with walls/floors made of plasteel, you could disassemble thosei think that's about it? I play with virtually every mod that is out and the vegetable garden mod has plasteel leaf and steel leaf. You can farm them but your workers need at least 10 in growing skill to do so. They also need at least 10 crafting to turn the leaf into plasteel at the electric smelting bench. If this is too easy for you (personally I like playing with high difficulty, so it balances out as I need the plasteel and even more advanced resources to deal with powerful invasions), then try cupro pandas quarry mod. This basically is a quarry which is mined by your colonists, it produces rock chunks and pretty much any other resource in the game, but slowly and randomly.Final reccomendation is trade ships. Trading is the best non mod intensive way to obtain resources. In my game there is a bulk resources trader, where I can pretty much buy any raw material in bulk.I usually specialise in crafting clothes and then trade those with anyone who will buy them, as well as fallen raiders weapons and clothes. If you dont have the bulk resources trader it may be that you dont use the More Trade Ships mod which I use,I am not sure if it is in vanilla.Basically.

Mod the hell out of this game is my reccomendation, the extra content it adds is amazing, and you can balance out any of the mods making things too easy bu turning up story teller difficulty or game difficulty at the start, depends on you.

Here is the guide for crafting ordinary medicine in RimWorld: One of your colonists must have two skills for producing medicine: Medicine skill (at least 6) and Crafting skill (at least 3). You will also need three types of items for crafting medicine: 3x cloth, 1x herbal medicine, and 1x neutroamine. Plasteel Plates. Feather-light, flexible, and tough. Probably made on a distant rimworld in another dimension. Designed by: Trove Team.

Kibble is one of the food items available for your animals in RimWorld, so naturally, you’ll eventually come to a point where you need to make some in order to survive. Ableton how to quickly switch sound with persisting the same pattern free. The tricky thing about making Kibble is that the game doesn’t actually give you the exact requirements on how to make it.In order to make Kibble, you’ll need 20 meat and 20 vegetables. You can also use human meat and hay to produce it.All animals except Wargs in RimWorld will eat kibble, so this is actually a really good food source to have on hand.

Not only that, Kibble can also be used to train your animals. While your animals will likely prioritize other food items that are near them over the Kibble, it’s also worth noting that the Kibble doesn’t spoil. This means you can always use it as a backup food source. If you want to force your animals to eat Kibble instead of the other food items you have around, you can also try putting stockpiles of it right next to the animal beds so that it’s the first thing the animals see when they wake up. The only real problem with using this food source is that sometimes, the animals may de-prioritize them too much, even to the point of starvation.
