Site Cannot Be Reached Connection Was Reset
And your Google Chrome showing the error; One of the recommended solutions in that thread involves resetting the TCP/IP network in Windows. When your DNS is not able to convert URL or domain name to IP by TCP/TP protocol, then there is DNS lookup failure. You need to reset your TCP/IP to its default values.
Thank you for your reply. Sorry for the slow reply, which is because I have been unable to post. This is a very inconsistent problem. Yesterday, when attempting to create another issue on drupal.org using Firefox 57.0.2, when I clicked 'Save' or 'Preview', I saw 'Sending request to.' Very briefly at the bottom left of the screen, then nothing happened. I then attempted the same thing in Chrome 63.0.3239.84 (Official Build) (64-bit) and it worked normally. In the cases that I get the 'connection reset' message from Chrome, it is very soon after clicking 'Save' or 'Preview'.I'm in Bangkok, Thailand. I'm on Windows so I used nslookup instead of host: nslookup www.drupal.orgServer: dns2.asianet.co.thAddress: 203.144.207.49Non-authoritative answer:Name: j.shared.global.fastly.netAddress: 151.101.9.175Aliases: www.drupal.orgI do have a few extensions in Firefox so I disabled them all and still couldn't post this reply.I then tried a couple of times in Internet Explorer 11 and very quickly got an error screen ('The page can't be displayed. Make sure that the web address is correct.'

So I'm pretty sure it's not due to any Firefox extensions.I then tried to post this reply in Chrome, and I was back to the 'connection reset' message. One day later.Tried again from Firefox - fail.Trying again from Chrome.Editing to test. or to post comments. I can log out and log in to drupal.org without any problem.I was also just able to send you a test message with your user contact form. The console in Firefox Dev tools shows nothing when I make a failed attempt to post something such as this reply. If I visit, I get a page of output, but at the top of it I have an infinitely spinning widget next to a 'Collecting data please wait' message. In what format would you like me to send you the data from there? Just paste the text from that page, or a png screengrab, or.?In the meantime one of my ISP's engineers gave me a proxy to use with Chrome, accessed by Settings Advanced Open proxy settings LAN settings Proxy server.
The Address is proxy.trueinternet.co.th and the port is 8080. With this, I seem to be able to post normally on drupal.org without errors. I don't know why. So it seems there's something wrong at my ISP that maybe they know about themselves, but it's unusual that other sites generally behave normally.
or to post comments. Does fastly-debug.com list the same datacenter both with and without the proxy? If it does, I think that narrows it down to some sort of issue with the ISP. Although, I'm not sure what exactly they might be tampering with since Drupal.org is behind https.
Maybe POST requests over a certain size.Usually fastly-debug.com outputs an encoded blob to forward on to their support. It also isn't finishing loading for me. I've contacted their support to see if they have any additional information to help.

or to post comments. After those last successful posts from Chrome, without proxy, I could no longer post again and I'm having to use the proxy again to post this. I guess those posts were 'lucky'.
The ISP's engineer (Bomza) says he hasn't changed anything.I still can't post from either Nick or Bomza's account on Nick's computer in Firefox 57.0.3 or Waterfox 55.2.2. Proxy doesn't help either. Just nothing happens when I click Save or Preview.I'll leave those test messages as a reminder of what we've tried. Will return another day to try again.Could be that we have 2 issues here. A remote issue with Chrome (causing connection reset), and a local issue with Firefox. It's worth noting that I have had similar trouble recently posting Disqus comments and comments on Vimeo videos. I see on fastly's page that Vimeo is a client.
